    • We are EXPLORING...the benefits of regular physical activity and improving fitness by being involved in several aerobic activities such as the inter whanau cross country, the bike track and some team games.
    • We are EXPLORING...motion by using the strava fitness tracker and science and maths using this data for graphing and analysis.
    • We are FOCUSING...On participating in the cycle track and the interwhanau bike race
    • We are FOCUSING...On participating in the cross country interwhanau competition in week 8
    • We are FOCUSING...on creating a positive culture on regular physical activity and fitness and using the cross country interwhanau competition as motivation.
    • We are PLANNING... to complete several repeated cardio aerobic exercises ( beep test, cross country run, biking and team games) so that we can...track our results and show some improvement
    • We are PLANNING... to use the fitness app called Strava to track activities and compare and contrast results so improve fitness

    Activities:

    Complete Bike passport

    • Ride the bike track...go over safety factors and etiquette
    • Get students to design and come up with a race time with obstacle design/implementation
    • 3rd Beep Test 
    • 3rd Cross country run
