    Kia ora. Welcome to Week Three.  This week we are going to continue reading our novels and look at themes, genre and developing character descriptions aboutthe main characters in our novels.  Phew - thank goodness you all have a day off on Tuesday to power through your novels (yeah right!)

    Success Criteria: I can/have...

        • Identify theme(s) in my novel
        • Describe the ideas that relate to the theme (s)
        • Describe the genre of our novel
        • Provide appropriate evidence to support my ideasWrite to justify my ideas

    2. One Pager (revision/usage)
    3. Genre/Theme/Character analysis
    4. Paragraph writing

    Homework:
    Read at least half of your novel
