Tē tōia, tē haumatia
Nothing can be achieved without a plan, workforce and way of doing things
Kia ora, kia orana. It's Cook Island language week! This week we are going to select the extended texts (novels) we will be reading and writing about. You will start reading through your novels and begin making notes about characters, settings, plot structure, language, themes, conflicts, relationships and many more things. At the start of this week we will look at a tool we can use to help us organise our notes (and our thoughts) as well as preparing our 2021 Yearbook statements - I will go over this with you early in the week. We will use our Thursday session to go to the library to select the novels. It is essential your book is at an appropriate curriculum level to allow you the opportunity to showcase your critical thinking and sophistication.
