  • Kia ora and welcome to Week 1 of Term 3.

    Wowee that Tuesday before the holidays sure was hectic which we will need to improve on. On one hand I am amazed at your creations and independence, on the other hand I was sad I was left to clean a lot of mess after class.

    We will see where you got to with your work and possibly do some work in your assessment journals. That will also give me time to order more ingredients as there was no order on the last week of last term.

    On Thursday we will do a quick mini practical: poached eggs.


    Success Criteria:

    - complete more work in my pancake journal

    - ensure my team knows how we are modifying the original recipe to suit the stakeholder

    - ensure the teacher knows what ingredients my team needs

    - attempt making poached eggs
