    Success Criteria:

    By the end of this week, you should be able to know

      • What to do during practical lessons
      • How to use equipment in the kitchen
      • How to wash hands properly
      • How to measure ingredients
      • How to keep food safe
      • How to wash dishes correctly
      • Where to find the fire extinguisher and fire blanket
      • Some cooking terms like dice and chop etc
