By the end of this week, you should be able to know

- How to use equipment in the kitchen
- How to wash hands properly
- How to measure ingredients
- How to keep food safe
- How to wash dishes correctly
- Where to find the fire extinguisher and fire blanket
- Some cooking terms like dice and chop etc
