- describe what the purpose of these tests are for
- Successfully take my own pulse rate and know the conversion rate
- completed and recorded all 10 post fitness tests
- Understand what the different components of fitness are

- Identified what the barriers and enablers are to me completing this training schedule
Activities:
complete 7 Fitness post tests .....Beep test, cross country run ( aerobic endurance) , wall sit/ plank/sit ups/ press ups ( Muscular endurance) sit & reach ( flexibility), Illinois agility test.

Health Tasks on Drug Education with Cannibas:
- looking at the short and long term affects of this drug on your physical and mental well being -
- Answering some of your post box questions ( what do you wish to learn about this drug)
- Reading the current referendum brochure posted to all household in NZ.
Breaking this info down to understand what we will vote on.
Asking students to further investigate and research how the current law looks and how a Yes vote could change this ( how does it look in different countries, medical and legal advice, possible questions and discussions
