    FOCUS: Our Focus this term is ‘Film Study.’ We will learn about Maori World View through the Visual Text (Film) ‘Whale Rider.’ We will study different aspects of Film Making such as Story/Plot,Themes, Characterisation Dialogues, Camera Angles, Camera Shots Camera- Movements, Editing , Music, Sound, Setting and Makeup etc. 

    Big Idea: ‘Turangawaewae: My Place To Stand to in New Zealand.’

    We are exploring... New Zealand’s unique Bi-cultural/Multicultural society.......by discovering the Maori World View
