Ti Triti Of Waitangi has two key points, those of "active protection and partnership" and we put these into practice every day in our classroom by taking care of our classmates, helping them when they are unsure and treating them kindly and supporting everyone!

Success Criteria: I can/have...
- work cooperatively in my group
- answer questions in sentences orally and online in google classroom
- talk about words, purpose, verses, personal voice in groups and as a class
Activities:
- Monday S1: Model poem in book (I Am From by Jack Julian) - read aloud, read in your head, think about the author's Taonga - head to google classroom and as a group type in the document your thoughts...
- Tuesday S1: Read the examples in google classroom including Mrs Clansey's poem and begin to shape up your I Am From poem telling us all about your Taonga.
- Friday S2 will be spent completing an e-asTTle Reading online assessment - you'll be given passwords and chrome books if necessary to do the assessment :o)
