This week, we will focus on the second part of the newspaper activity.PLAN & DO / WHAKAMAHI learning intentions:

 - explained my thoughts and feelings using the Newspaper Bingo Activity.

Activities:
- https://www.kiwikidsnews.co.nz/ Click on the link to browse and read some interesting happenings under the headings National, World, Sports and Odd Stuff. WEEK 4 learning
 - Complete the Newspaper Bingo Activity shared on Google Classroom. Create a copy for yourself. Share with Mrs Narayan. WEEK 4 learning Well done to all of you who have competed this and shared with Mrs Narayan already. If you are yet to complete, do your news article first, then complete the bingo.
 - WEEK 5 learning Challenge: Imagine you are a journalist working for Kiwi Kid News. Is it a National or World or Sports or Odd Stuff news? Create your own news article with a picture and news!Education
 
- You will be searching, planning, writing, editing and publishing your own news article! Not too short, not too long. Think of pictures, links, videos (can be own), statistics which could fit with your story, interviews and quoting people's words, your hooking vocabulary and off course Who, What, Where, When, Why, How.  Have a look at how news articles are written on Kiwi Kids News and NZ Herald online https://www.nzherald.
co.nz/ and follow the appropriate layout and format.
