    • Make connections to explain the interactions with and interdependence of living and non living things in an environment


    Activities:

    1. Teacher puts random words e.g. birds, soil, plants, rain etc on board. Asks students to identify connections/relationships among these. Record responses
    2. Introduce definition of Ecology and ecosystems. Copied in books
