EXPLORE / TŪHURA learning intentions:
We are FOCUSING on
1: Life after Lockdown ' Fitness testing' before and after
Looking at our data from term 2 and working with Maths to collate these into graphs. Looking at the goals we have set and the training schedule we wrote before the term break and analysing how we progressed with this training schedule.
2: Health ' Drug Education
Informing ourselves about the drug Cannibas and its affects on self and society and understanding what the up coming referendum is asking us to vote on

- Successfully take my own pulse rate and know the conversion rate
- completed and recorded all 10 post fitness tests
- Understand what the different components of fitness are

Activities:
complete 7 Fitness post tests .....Beep test, cross country run ( aerobic endurance) , wall sit/ plank/sit ups/ press ups ( Muscular endurance) sit & reach ( flexibility), Illinois agility test.
