    EXPLORE / TŪHURA learning intentions:

      • We are FOCUSING on 

        Life after Lockdown ' Fitness testing' before and after

      • collecting data and working with Maths to collate these into graphs

    • Success Criteria: I can/have...

        • describe what the purpose of these tests are for
        • Successfully take my own pulse rate and know the conversion rate
        • completed and recorded all 10 pre fitness tests
        • Understand what the different components of fitness are
        • Setting a goal for each post test based on my pre test results and effort
          Completing our Hauora Learning Journal each day which includes writing a training schedule to follow now and  during the term break
          • Identifying what are my barriers and enablers are to complete this schedule and achieve these goals
