    I am focussing on using my Number skills so that I can 

    • In a range of meaningful contexts, be engaged in thinking mathematically and statistically. 
    • solve problems and model situations using the Manukau Demographic Report from Manukau City Council.
    • Finishing my MB tasks.

    I am also focussing on using my Number skills so that I can :

    • Express Fractions as Decimal

    • Round off Decimals sensibly

    • Express numbers as Ratios.

    • Calculate %


    Activities:

    Number knowledge

    • Use NZ changing population worksheet from MHOL to analyse data using Fractions, Decimals, %, ratios, decimal and rounding.
    • Working through the Number assessment using the Data link to Manukau City Council and NZ Census.

    Patterns and relationships

    • Generalise the properties of addition and subtraction with whole numbers from MathsBuddy tasks.

    Follow Up Tasks:

    I am planning on finishing my MathsBuddy Tasks by Thursday 8pm.
