This week, we will be learning more about how to develop our knowledge and understanding of stamina and maintaining a good stamina in preparation for the cross country. We will also be looking at ways to develop our stamina and recovery.
Success Criteria: I can...
• use key terms for stamina and running at different paces to help me with my fitness.• Understand how and when to use different paces for different activities and distances.
• Apply my new knowledge to improve my performance when in stamina activities and physical challenges.
Activities:
1. Fitness for Sport and PE - Different games that require fitness to maintain performance. (Turbo - Speed Ball)2. Cross country route = Run- Walk - Jog.
