    This week we will be testing our abilities in a variety of fitness tests. We will then use this data in maths.

    • Accurately time and measure. 

    • Understand how to perform in tests for Speed, Stamina, Coordination, Balance and Power

    • Apply my new knowledge to improve my performance in a variety of fitness tests


    Activities:
    1. Tests for Speed, Stamina, Coordination, Balance and Power

    2. Speed Bounce, Chest Pass, Wall sit, Wall catch, 20m sprint, Vertical jump, Plank, Stork Balance

    3. Stamina Run- 12min run
