    Please continue do a physical activity:  A challenge I set on the doc, a you tube video, Les Mills class on tv, a walk or run etc...

    Your new tasks are:

    1.  I want to know what some of the reasons are why someone might start taking a substance in the first place?  Why would someone feel the need to drink or take drugs?  You should be able to come up with at least 4.  Explain how each idea could happen. 

    2. Different drugs have different effects on the body and mind.  Sometimes drugs can be described as uppers or downers, because they can make some one high (upper) or bring someone down (downers)
      Here are some different types - can you tell me what they mean and give me some drugs that fit this description:
      Can you find any other types?

    3.  I want you to look at the following drugs and find a list of ingredients that make it, and what that ingredient is normally used for..
      Cigarettes:
      E-cigarette:
      Cocaine:
      Heroin:

    4. Alcohol is one of the most common drugs taken world wide, it has some pretty terrible side effects and it's legal. Answer the following questions on alcohol:
      1.  What do you think are some perceived positives of consuming alcohol?

    5.  Alcohol has a percentage on it.  Can you tell me what that means for these different beverages?

      Spirits
